786 Symbol & Astrology

786 Symbol

Hope you all have seen this 786 symbol, many times. In case if you are NOT clear, please observe the top part of the photograph, which has growing / decreasing moon, has numbers as '786', on top of it and a full star shown.

I always wanted to understand the symbol behind this. Reference to astrological learnings and understanding, wanted to look at it, tried to extract meanings out of it.

Direct fit is 786. On numerology, we have identified planets for each numbers. They are,

1 for Sun

2 for Moon

3 for Jupiter(Guru)

4 for Rahu

5 for Mercury(Bhudhan)

6 for Sukhran

7 for Kethu

8 for Sani and 

9 for Mars(Chevvai)

So, 786 means, Kethu + Sani + Sukhran. 

Even though number 7 signify Kethu, by implicitly from Kethu it signify Rahu too.

Then, moon is direct fit. But the shape shows, distance between Moon and Sun. So, SUN is signified implicitly, by the shape of the Moon.

Star, signify the Brahma(Ruler of stars). Brahma is also known to be Guru. So, implicitly represents Jupiter.

Please observe, none of them are touching any of these. How do we get connected? Here comes the significance of Mercury(Bhudhan).

How does they operate intensely, especially 786 group of planets? 

If we try to understand essence or navamsa of owners for 786, then it would signify that Mars influence implicitly. 

The stars, which is owned by Kethu, Sukhran & Saturn, their padams(1/4th subdivisions of Star), would sit at (Kethu) Mesham, Rishabam, Mithunam, & Katagam AND (Sukhran and Saturn)Simham, Virgo, Thulam, & Scorpio. So the common planet, which has reference to 786 lords connectivity / intensity is Mars, who is the ruler of Mesham & Scorpio. And also, Scorpio's ruling power, shared between Kethu & Mars.

So, just this one symbol signify entire planets and has intense meaning reference to the study of astrology. Lets acknowledge and appreciate our ancestors learnings and representations. Hats-off.

Navarathri - Thula month?

Every year we celebrate, Navarathri and it regularly comes in the month of Thula. (i.e), When Planet SUN travels in Thula raasi, then, we celebrate Navarathri. Why do we celebrate in this month?

Possible guesses, based on my astrological understandings.

Planet SUN, is weak during this month. If so, who should, raise and provide the support? Definitely, its Mata Shakthi. SUN is considered as Shiva. As per Kaala Purusha philosophy, the 7th place, represent partners, Lord Siva's partner is Mata Shakthi, thus Lord Shakthi comes into picture. So by worshipping Shakthi, during this month, which can complement, weakness of planet SUN and provide applicable benefits to the requester. And also, this 7th house, Thulam(Libra), is owned by Venus, who wish to be decorated, and celebrated, so eventually, we end-up coming with Kollu and have became as custom.

On this reference only, our ancestors, thought of this event, and created Navarathri as a festival, made us to worship lord shakthi and her representations as different forms of lakshmi. 

So, we need to reason-out each and every event identified by our ancestors, which would have quiet intense reasoning, atleast astrologically.

Lingam & Cross

We all have seen lingam & cross as mentioned in the photo above. Reference to saiva siddhantha, lingam is known to be representation of both form and formless. Cross is the structure, where Jesus Christ, was fixed.

Last few months, whenever I look at the Lingam or Cross separately, I feel that both are represent to be same. They are seems to be well-connected.

Out of curiosity, again when I looked using by logical brain, I felt, the front view of sivalingam, seems to be almost like Christian Cross.

If any of you have done any study on this, feel free to share it with me.

If SUN is weak...

One of my friend, recently approached me and discussing various things, and slowly the topic went into our area of interest. He told me that one of his friend, got a baby and that baby's horoscope, has SUN in its weak position. Due to that, the astrologer recommended to keep the kid and parent separate. In case if its not, then, it would impact life of the father. As soon as heard this, my friend's friend, moved the kid to their in-law's house. Even though, the father is interested and keen in living with the kid(has all capability in terms of finance, society, emotional and all), but it was supported by their relatives, so they are living separately.

I could not get the horoscope to understand intricacies. But the comment given by the astrologer is, SUN is weak in the baby's horoscope. On this reference only, my friend was asking, is it so? if SUN is weak, father and son, should not stay together?

I just clarified, that, we cannot just conclude only that parameter alone. If SUN is weak, then, the baby would be distinctly different in any aspect with their father. It can be anything. Based on my finding, I have seen, 

(a) the babies, have more education than their father. 

(b) If the father is doing business, their kid end-up with a employment career. 

(c )If the father, would like to settle down in the native state, then, the kid would like to settle down in the different state. 

(d) If the father interested in setting-up marriage in the same caste, kid prefers in the different caste 

(e) Even if the father and sun, end-up in employment career, but the specialisation, seems to be different, one is in Accounts and other is in Marketting 

(f) If the father is scientist, the kid prefer to be sports-person, like many more.

After explaining like this, my friend got better and left me.

I was thinking for few minutes. If we conclude that SUN is weak, then father and kid should be separate, then, in the month of Thula(Approximately, Every year Oct 15 to Nov 15), whatever, and whoever, takes birth, they would end-up having SUN in its weak position. So, are we going to recommend, keep their father and son separate? cannot be.

So, sometimes, astrologers, need to comfort their clients, during their suggestions, and provide predictions, without splitting their families.

NOTE: I am yet to know that astrologer and horoscope of the baby.  

Why Mahalaya Amavasai on Puratasi Month?

When I heard that this month, we have Mahalaya Amavasi, then immediately I got this question, why on this month(Puratasi)?

By the way, let me quickly explain what is Mahalaya Amavasai. In general, Amavasai is known to be good day to worship pithrus. Mahalaya Amavasai, means, its a general day, whether we have details of our ancestor people or not, we can conduct, pooja, & worship for our ancestor people's wish fulfilment, and also seek blessings from them. This is the day permitted for all Pithrus, to visit their families. During their visit, if we invite, and honour them, as they were treated, with same love & care, then, they would be glad. This glad, would change as blessing to us and our family.

Astrologically, Amavasai means, SUN & MOON are together in one Raasi. This is the most ideal combination, for praying. SUN - Atma, MOON - Body, both are together means, praying, when Atma & Body are together, then, it would fulfil the objective.

Why should we do?

Before our birth, our life would be keen in looking forward, to take shape into a body. At that moment, with Pithrus permission only, the life is inserted into body. Pithrus, do this, with an expectation that we do the needful, so that they can be elevated and promoted to next level. But after taking birth, if we do not recall and remember our pithrus, its equivalent, to NOT honouring the promise or commitment or expectation, set by the pithrus.

What would happen if we do not worship pithrus?

Lets understand how our prayer protocol works. Whenever we pray to god for any needs, then, their should be someone, who could voice our concerns to Almighty, for the support, reasoning and justification(Even within our world and our area of influence, to realize to happen something, do not we need to fulfil so many people). Pithrus, is the person, who would provide their support for us to god, to realize our prayers. In case if we do not worship our pithrus, either knowingly or unknowingly, believe me, we may loose our own support system(then who can voice our concerns to almighty?). This would eventually, seen in people, those who are stuck-up in their progressions. Their are many instances, For an example, (a)where some people promotions pending for years, even though all eligible conditions would be fulfilled, but the inferior people would progress, in front of their eyes. (b)There could be sudden drop in business. (c)There could be sudden misunderstanding with work partners, relatives, friends and many more. (d)Their could be problems in child births, even though, physically all of them would be OK. There can be many more. I just do not want to threaten the readers.

How to please pithrus?

Based on their financial capability, spend quality minutes, either self or through any priest to conduct pooja. In case if you cannot do anything, never mind. Please sit calmly, mediate for few minutes, thinking of our ancestors, and just put few drops of water on the floor, as offering to Pithrus. I am very sure, they would be very glad. But it should be done with real love & care, and also, it should support your real financial situation. Please avoid by giving money to someone to do pooja, on your name. You need to show and dedicate your own quality time.

Lets jump back to our topic.

Astrologically, 8th bhava is known to be Pithrus Bhavam. Reference to Kaala Purusha philosophy, 8th house is Pithrus, then, Vrichika Month should have been month for Mahalya Amavasai, then, why are we having on Kanni Month(Puratasi)?

Kanni is the 11th Bhavam from Vrichika. To win over Vrichika Bhava aspects, the correct timing is to work it on 11th Bhava time. On that reference, Puratasi month, if we could worship on our ancestor, in the name of Mahalaya Amavasi, then, we can win over our Pithrus expectations and get their blessings.

Book Review: Dharma Sastram - Radhakrishna Sastrigal

Got chance to see this book, during roaming on the roads of West Mambalam along with a localite. Somehow attracted and purchased this book for Rs80/-, but could able to complete reading, by today only. This book is published by Sri Surabhi Jagathguru Sathapthy publications(New no: 84/12 Lakeview road, Westmambalam, Chennai - 33. Ph no: 42668005) and author is Radhakrishna Sastri. This book is written in Tamil. 

This book has 5 chapter covers around 240 pages. The primary focus of this book is (1) Who is pithrus (2) How they are connected with us (3) Why should we respect them (4) In case if we do not respect them, what and how it would impact individuals life (5) What is Pithru Curse (6) How to please pithrus (7) What are the regular and routine procedure available(8) How do we maintain our pithrus happy (9) Who is the correct person to do respects for the pithrus. In case adoption, how do we handle it (10) How do we feed our pithrus and get their blessings.

Like these many of such topics are well answered in an elaborate manner. Those who believe life after death OR wanted to know how the atma would travel after death and how it would be feeded....then this book is treat to you.
